Hello sunshine.
Hi, the name's Dahiyah.
Not much of a story-teller, but the stories could be enticing.
Just simple and plain,
Not anything hip or exciting.
But hey, maybe the world needs simple and plain.
Might not be enough for you,
But it is for me. (:

Let us all pray that Pn Norsyam would return in the pinkest of health. Me and Nicholas went to visit her in the Sg Buloh Hospital and she looked awful ): I never thought it would be that bad. She was in the ICU with tubes coming out of her, and she had a dialysis machine connected. Oh my, I never thought I would have to see a teacher in that condition, and I wouldnt want to again, God willing.
She was admitted and her platelet count was 2! Thats like reaaaally bad. No, 2 is not the number of platelets she have left (Yes that means you, Hariz), its more like the level. A normal averaage person is 150. When a person reaches below 100, they would have to be sent to the hospital because thats already bad. So can you imagine how bad 2 is? Dengue is serious business. Its a serious disease, Ive seen my dad go through it until his platelet count became 18, and gosh I do not want anybody to go through it ever again.
Alhamdulillah when we went to see her, her platelet count rose to a 10, which is a good sign. I hope she would recover fast enough to see her during the results to thank her for all her effort and teachings. Please I ask for all of your help to pray for her and her family.
On the way out of the hospital, I saw a woman being strolled off on a bed, with two nurses escorting her. She looked like she was about to go into surgery or something. I saw her and she saw me. And all I did was smile. I dont know how I did it, but in that 2 second gaze, I had the chance to give a sympathetic smile of innocence, as if my expression said it was going to be okay. And she. She smiled back. As if, I had just given her the smallest hope and that was all she needed. I dont know who you are, but my prayers are for you and I hope you shall recover and continue to smile.

Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square hole. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.
